Yellow melons
A melon that is very consistent in both quality and quantity throughout its season.
Cultivated in the hills, we begin production under glass in the Agrigento area, between Palma di Montechiaro and Licata. We then move on to the product cultivated in open fields in the Marsala, Trapani, Niscemi and Catania areas.
As with all the products we handle, we are very careful in all the processing phases of the yellow melons, which are washed and brushed after the selection phase, before being graded and packed.
This is a sweet and delicate-tasting fruit with guaranteed minimum organoleptic properties, without which one could not speak of a Bio Hortus branded product.
